Job Description - Insurance Marketing Executive
As an Insurance Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing plans.
- Achieve quarterly/yearly targets for the given class of insurance.
- Obtain in-house training as per business requirements
- Ensuring business hygiene standards, in face of business pressure
- Ensuring planned spread of business across diverse product lines of the company
- Monitoring key competition developments and ensuring flow of information to the organization
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum expected qualification – Graduation
- Experience: 2 + Years Of experience in Sales and Marketing in any sectors &/or freshers
- Candidate needs excellent communication skills, perseverance, and adaptability
- A result-driven and organized individual
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good negotiation and sales skills
Remuneration/Reward
- Excellent package based on experience and capability
- Additional commission based on targets
- Successful candidates will be promoted to the post of Managers and/or shifted to Dubai for similar position with in-house Insurance Broker office.
