Job Description - Insurance Telemarketing

  • Call potential clients and explain the product and services offered by the company.
  • Contact existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
  • Obtain customer information and other relevant data.
  • Ask questions to the customer and understand their specifications.
  • Resolve queries and issues related to the products and services.
  • Make recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
  • Take and process product orders in a professional manner.
  • Maintain the database of the customers on a regular basis.
  • Suggest solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum expected qualification – Graduate/PUC
  • Experience: 2 + Years Of experience in TeleSales in any sectors &/or freshers
  • Candidate needs excellent communication skills in local languages
  • A result-driven and organized individual
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good negotiation and sales skills
