Job Description - Insurance Telemarketing
- Call potential clients and explain the product and services offered by the company.
- Contact existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtain customer information and other relevant data.
- Ask questions to the customer and understand their specifications.
- Resolve queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Make recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Take and process product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintain the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggest solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum expected qualification – Graduate/PUC
- Experience: 2 + Years Of experience in TeleSales in any sectors &/or freshers
- Candidate needs excellent communication skills in local languages
- A result-driven and organized individual
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good negotiation and sales skills
